I updated all broken and outdated links in the tasks. I implemented all changes from RIOT-OS#86 . I did not update the links from task-08, because the documentation for "CCN-Lite on RIOT" does not exists anymore.

I changed the Readme in task-07 as the hyperlinks pointed to non-existing urls and furthermore, one command was not correct, thus, I updated it.
